1. Introduction

Welcome to the HS Trader Platform (“Platform”), provided by Hybrid Solutions Middle East FZ-LLC (“Provider”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Platform as an end-user (“User,” “you,” “your”) authorized by your Broker. By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Access and Use

  • Authorized Use: Your access to the Platform is granted by your Broker for the purpose of engaging in trading activities. You must use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and any specific instructions provided by your Broker.
  • Account Responsibility: You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Unauthorized sharing or misuse of your account is prohibited.

3. Trading Activities

  • Market Access: The Platform allows you to access financial markets as enabled by your Broker. You are responsible for understanding the risks associated with trading and must comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You are prohibited from engaging in any form of fraudulent, manipulative, or illegal activities, including insider trading, market manipulation, or other deceptive practices.

4. Data Privacy and Security

  • Personal Information: Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
  • Security Measures: You must protect your account with strong passwords and, if available, two-factor authentication. Report any suspicious activity or security breaches to your Broker immediately.

5. Technical Specifications

  • System Requirements: To use the Platform effectively, your device must meet the following minimum requirements:
    • Browser Compatibility: Latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or the Platform’s mobile app.
    • Internet Connection: A stable broadband connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps.
  • Mobile Access: The Platform can be accessed via branded mobile applications available on major app stores. Ensure your mobile device is kept up-to-date to maintain security and performance.

  • Customer Support: For technical support or inquiries related to trading and account management, contact your Broker’s support team. They are your primary point of contact for assistance with the Platform.
  • Self-Help Resources: The Platform may provide tutorials, FAQs, and other resources to help you navigate its features and functionalities.

8. Compliance and Monitoring

  • Usage Monitoring: The Provider and your Broker may monitor your use of the Platform to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. Any non-compliant or suspicious activity may lead to investigation and enforcement actions.
  • Enforcement Actions: Violations of these Terms may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination of your trading privileges on the Platform.

9. Updates and Maintenance
